Shipments:
All orders are processed within 1-3 days . Orders will most likely not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is any problem with your order, we will contact you via email or the phone number on your Purchase Order.
If you do not receive confirmation of shipment, please contact us and include your Order Number. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If the shipping you paid is more than actual price, we will refund you the difference.
We have daily pick-ups from USPS, Fed-Ex, and UPS.
Orders for Next Day and Second Day shipping must be received before 2 p.m est.. If not received by 2 p.m, your order will go out the following day.
We do ship world wide. Please be aware, for some parts an End User form must be filled out and returned for shipment approval.
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments CAN NOT be marked as "Gift" or with altered pricing.
International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need the approval for shipment.

EPS
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the item(s) you order and your experience with EPS. We do have a 30-day return policy. The part returned has to be in its original packaging and in unused condition. We apologize, we do charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the item.
To speed up the return process, please return the item along with a copy of your invoice to the same address that shipped your order, with "Attention: Returns" on the address label.
When returning an item, we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information to help ensure its timely arrival. We apologize, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.
Once we have received the item(s) and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the refund.
- If an item you received is damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement right away and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect or damaged item.
